LORI J. JAMELSKI, LPN

Lori is responsible for all operations of Woodbrook. For the past 20 years, she had been Woodbrook’s Case Manager/Resident Care Director.

Patty assists residents and families in coordination of health care needs while promoting wellness, communication and education.

Amy has been a part of Woodbrook for more than 16 years and is the Resident Care Director and Case Manager, coordinating the healthcare needs of the residents.

Justin graduated from Paul Smith’s Culinary Institute in 1996. He is responsible for menu planning and oversees preparation of all the meals at Woodbrook.

DAVID HOPKINS

Buildings & Grounds Director

Dave is a native of PA and has over 30 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, and environmental services. He is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of Woodbrook.
